Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with friendly staff. However, the rooms are small and stuffy. The service is beyond friendly, and the facility is in excellent condition, although the rooms lack some space. The location is ideal for day trips to San Francisco, Sonoma, Napa, and the coast, yet the hotel feels a bit dated. The dining experience is good, especially with fresh scrambled eggs and bacon. The facilities are well-kept, but the hotel lacks some modern amenities.
The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms suitable for my physically-challenged mother-in-law. Despite a musty odor initially, the room was spacious and the bed provided a good night's sleep. The welcoming service and convenient location for day trips were notable, although the hotel felt a bit dated compared to other Best Westerns I've visited.
The hotel's location is wonderful and works well for me, close to a shopping center. The rooms, to the staff's credit, were older but clean and of good size, while being small but delightfully quiet. The service, with construction crew, whenever we needed anything, was helpful and welcoming of our dog. The dining, including coffee, was wonderful. The facilities are fantastic.
My stay at the Best Western was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location worked well for our day trips, and the dining experience was yummy with plenty of delicious options. However, the facilities could use some improvements, and the price was a bit on the higher side.
The hotel rooms were slightly dated but clean and spacious, although there was a noticeable musty odor initially. The staff were welcoming, especially accommodating my physically-challenged mother-in-law, and they even went out of their way to assist us during our stay. The location was convenient for day trips to various attractions, and the tasteful Christmas decorations added to the charm. The dining experience was excellent, with a variety of fruits and fresh orange juice available, but the facilities were hindered by ongoing exterior painting work.
The Best Western offered clean and comfortable rooms with a very large walk-in shower added to the comfort. The extraordinary service from the employees truly stood out, even going the extra mile to refill coffee and assist with waffles. The hotel is conveniently located for day trips to San Francisco, Sonoma, Napa, and the coast, although the overall feel is a bit dated. Dining was considered above the norm with fresh scrambled eggs and bacon, and the facilities were well-maintained.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. While the decor was a little dated, it didn't bother me much. The adjoining restaurant was a convenient option for meals.
My stay at the Best Western was comfortable and clean, although a bit noisy due to thin walls. The location near Highway 101 struck me as a creative business solution for a landlocked motel.
The hotel was very nice overall, with generously sized and clean rooms featuring very comfortable beds. The large walk-in shower was a great plus, although some areas felt slightly dated. I particularly enjoyed the convenience of having curb access.
